Baseball Prospectus has released their orgizational rankings. The Yanks are ranked 4th overall and the Sox are 11th. Both teams are also ranked quite highly in pitching at 1st and 7th overall, respectively.

Pitchers and Catchers

First day of official workouts for the Sox today. I must say I am very excited for this year, if everything comes together for the Sox this years team could be truly great. Of course the Galdstoner is quick to point out that the same could be said of the Yanks. It is going to be a fun year.
